About Carter
Hi, my name is Carter D'Arcy and I'm a BMW Service Advisor at Serra Auto Campus! I began my journey in the auto industry in August 2019 and have been constantly learning about cars ever since. I grew up in Livonia, MI, graduated from Stevenson High School, and am a big Detroit Red Wings fan (go Datsyuk!). I've traveled to Canada and 14 states, with Florida and Texas being my favorites. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as playing hockey, basketball, and video games. I also do some pretty good impersonations and speak a little French! I'm very passionate about connecting with people—both my colleagues and our customers!—and I'm always looking to build strong relationships.

Good. Visit was for a complimentary check of car vitals. I did also get an oil change after Carter said it is recommended to change it every year regardless of mileage driven. I wanted to sign up for the three oil changes in three years special, but Carter explained it did not apply to my car due to its age. He went over all the recommended services and informed me nothing was urgent and could be taken care of during next service. Carter was professional and made me feel welcome when arriving and while I waited.
