Chase was fine. I cannot trust the service department or Sam in the sales department. I bought a used BMW that was allegedly inspected prior to selling. One of the tires started losing air within a week. When I brought the car back 6 weeks later and driven less the 1000 miles I was told it needed over 7,300 in repairs. Front breaks immediately as well as all 4 tires. Terrible experience. I no longer have the car. This dealership was a MAJOR disappointment

Chase was fine but the service department cannot be trusted regarding what actually needs to be done on your vehicle. Also purchased a used vehicle that needed $7300 worth of repairs according to their own service department. Terrible experience
