He’s been respectful and responsive in my interactions with Chase. I always feel I have to be watchful of service reps, because management is always pressuring them to push -push-push the customer authorize more “repairs” on a car than it actually needs. But, to date, I’m beginning to trust Chase, and his recommendations…

Overall, I like this dealership. My 2014 535i comes back in top condition. The only issue I've had is that when I ask to see the worn or broken parts, I'm told the old parts can't be found. It's happened twice now. Still, this is not a reason to not go to this dealership. It's a minor issue.

I had a great experience working with Chase at BMW of Okemos. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they have a good experience. I really appreciate the level of service Chase provided and would definitely recommend asking for him if you’re bringing your BMW in for service!
