Ryan was very helpful throughout the purchase of the car!

During our interaction with Ryan it became very evident he was there to provide assistance in helping us, He is professional, friendly and responsive, Ryan listened. No push to show us other vehicles we should consider, His objective was to get us into the vehicle we were interested in to confirm its fit to our needs. First time in my life that I walked away from a car dealership and felt like I hadn't made a poor deal or had been sidetracked. he and Natalie Cross were very frank and helpful.

I recently leased a BMW X5 xDrive40i from Serra BMW of Okemos, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and highly knowledgeable. My salesperson, Ryan, was incredible to work with. He took the time to go over all the leasing options, helped me find the exact X5 I wanted, and ensured there were no hidden surprises. The vehicl3 was flawless—they walked me through all the tech and features of the iDrive system before I drove off. Five-star service all around!
